What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices on krestella.com are shown in USD (United States Dollars).
I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Please allow 4–7 business days for production and order processing before your package is shipped out.
Average shipping times are 15–21 days, depending on your location and product availability.
Tracking numbers are usually updated 3–5 days after your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@krestella.com.
I’m not in love with my order — can I return it? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product arrives defective or damaged.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll refund your original purchase amount.
Make sure to include your name and order number with your return parcel.
Important: If your package is still in transit, please wait until it arrives before sending it back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty.
If the item has already been dispatched, please use our easy return system to request a full refund once you receive it.
I entered an incorrect address — what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct one as soon as possible.
Alternatively, contact us directly at support@krestella.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We can update your address if notified in time.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds once 24 hours have passed and the incorrect address has been processed for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers based on your location.
Average delivery times are typically 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that international shipments may take longer depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
