Shipping is free worldwide on most items.
For certain products, free shipping applies on orders over $120.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse depending on which one can fulfill it the fastest.
Alternatively, if an item is very popular or temporarily on backorder, we might ship your items at different times—in separate packages—to avoid delaying your order and ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our many domestic or international warehouses. Our team does everything possible to get your order to you as fast as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All Krestella orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.
If your order gets stuck at customs, returned, or lost during transit, we sincerely apologize! While postal operations are outside our control, rest assured that because your package is insured, we’ll send a replacement package with expedited shipping and full tracking whenever possible.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All prices shown on krestella.com are tax-free in USD, which means you may be required to pay import duties or taxes once your order reaches your country.
Customs fees and import duties are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs department.
